Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized product demonstrations and consultations to drive sales conversions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling strategies
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Collaborate with visual merchandising teams to maintain premium product displays
- Contribute to inventory management and store operational excellence

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience with proven track record in meeting/exceeding quotas
- Expert knowledge of consumer electronics and emerging tech trends
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Proficiency in CRM software and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (for store errands)
- BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
