Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and style recommendations
- Meet/exceed daily sales goals through upselling and cross-merchandising techniques
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance store aesthetics
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department objectives
- Participate in product training to stay current on trends
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- Basic math proficiency for POS transactions
- Proficiency with retail technology systems
- Philadelphia residency or reliable local transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid PA driver's license if required for store transfers
