Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge demonstrations and personalized recommendations
- Meet and exceed sales targets through consultative selling techniques and upselling strategies
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards including restocking, displays, and inventory management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up communication and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales goals and operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail or customer-facing sales experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing priorities
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic retail software (e.g., Square, Shopify)
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
