- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment, markdowns, and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory calculations.
