Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and styling recommendations
- Drive sales achievement through upselling, cross-selling, and visual merchandising
- Process transactions accurately and maintain organized cash handling procedures

- Collaborate with team to achieve daily/weekly sales goals and KPIs

Qualifications
- 1+ years retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environments

- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
