Responsibilities
- Provide personalized product recommendations and exceptional customer service
- Process transactions using POS systems while maintaining accuracy
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance product displays
- Meet/exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Participate in store operations including opening/closing procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Proficient with POS technology and retail software
