Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and style consultation
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining brand standards in visual merchandising
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Build client relationships through follow-ups and loyalty program engagement
- Collaborate with team on inventory management and stock replenishment

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in luxury retail or high-end fashion sales
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong visual merchandising and product presentation abilities
- Proficiency in POS systems and retail software
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Louisiana driver's license (for occasional errands)
- French language proficiency is highly desirable
