Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through personalized product recommendations
- Drive sales achievement by understanding client needs and demonstrating product expertise
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing transactions and returns
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain premium store presentation
- Collaborate with team to achieve store-wide sales targets and KPIs

Qualifications
- 2+ years in luxury or high-end retail sales environment
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with commission-based roles
