Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a superior shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Maintain the sales floor and stockroom in pristine condition, ensuring products are organized and displayed attractively.
- Identify and recommend products to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction rates.
- Participate in store merchandising initiatives and visual displays to drive sales.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with POS systems.
