Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and trend awareness
- Drive sales achievement through suggestive selling techniques and upselling opportunities
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an engaging store aesthetic
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and cycle counting
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales goals
- Participate in store operations including markdowns, shipments, and visual updates
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong product knowledge in fashion, home goods, or lifestyle categories
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic inventory management software
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for store events
- Basic math aptitude for cash handling and inventory tasks
