- Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Manage inventory systems and maintain visually striking product displays
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Build and maintain client relationships for repeat business
- Collaborate with visual merchandising team on seasonal updates
- Participate in daily store operations including opening/closing procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury retail or high-end sales experience
- Expertise in customer relationship management and consultative selling
- Strong visual merchandising and inventory management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with POS systems and retail analytics tools
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
