Responsibilities
- Exceed sales targets through personalized product recommendations and upselling
- Provide exceptional customer service across all touchpoints (in-store, phone, email)
- Process transactions accurately and maintain impeccable store standards
- Execute visual merchandising plans to enhance product presentation
- Collaborate with team to achieve weekly/monthly KPIs
- Participate in inventory management and loss prevention protocols
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail/sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic MS Office
- High school diploma or equivalent required
