Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers immediately, providing a world-class shopping experience.
- Assist customers in finding products that suit their style and needs through active listening and product knowledge.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store to ensure an appealing appearance.
- Upsell products and promote current promotions or loyalty programs to maximize sales.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
