Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service to drive sales and loyalty
- Operate POS systems and manage inventory efficiently
- Execute visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily/monthly sales targets
- Process returns/exchanges while maintaining brand standards
- Conduct product demonstrations and feature education
- Support loss prevention protocols and store security
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience required
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Proficient with POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify POS)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license preferred
