Responsibilities
- Exceed sales targets through personalized product recommendations and upselling
- Deliver outstanding customer service across all touchpoints (in-store, phone, online)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash security

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales quotas
