Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly sales targets using consultative selling techniques
- Process transactions accurately and maintain organized sales floor displays
- Collaborate with team members to optimize store operations and inventory management
- Actively identify upsell opportunities to maximize revenue per customer

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency with POS systems and retail software
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for inventory transport if needed)
