Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and style recommendations
- Drive sales achievement through upselling, cross-selling, and visual merchandising
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling compliance
- Support inventory management including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and markdowns
- Contribute to store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Participate in product training and team meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students welcome
- 1+ years retail/sales experience preferred but not required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math aptitude and comfort with technology
