Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, upselling, and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling compliance
- Visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure optimal product presentation
- Build lasting customer relationships to drive repeat business and brand loyalty
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily/weekly sales targets

- Assist in store operations including opening/closing procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse clientele
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with transactional systems
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
