As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, connecting with customers and helping them find exactly what they need to look and feel their best.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional, and personalized demeanor.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Maintain and organize the sales floor to ensure a visually appealing shopping experience.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to meet individual and team sales goals.
- Keep the stockroom and fitting rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Collaborate with team members to execute visual merchandising directives.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
