Responsibilities
- Provide personalized customer consultations to match products with client needs
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and building client relationships
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain premium store aesthetics
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Contribute to inventory management through stock checks and replenishment
- Participate in daily store operations including opening/closing procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong product knowledge aptitude and quick learning ability
- Proficiency with retail POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify POS)
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
