Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the perfect products to fit their style.
- Process transactions efficiently at the point of sale, ensuring accuracy and minimizing errors.
- Assist in maintaining store appearance, including merchandising, stock replenishment, and visual displays.
- Build lasting relationships with regular customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the store team to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
- Learn and demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to answer customer inquiries confidently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer operations.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
