Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, providing personalized product recommendations to meet their needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale, including cash and card handling.
- Merchandise the sales floor to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and loss prevention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers to foster brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (merchandise boxes).
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- A valid state-issued ID and ability to pass a background check.
- Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
