Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales by upselling, cross-selling, and executing visual merchandising standards
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Support inventory management including receiving, stocking, and floor replenishment
- Uphold store cleanliness, organization, and brand presentation standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily/weekly sales targets
- Participate in training sessions to stay current on products and trends
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and approachable communication style
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS technology
- Strong attention to detail and visual merchandising instincts
- Passion for fashion, pop culture, and Urban Outfitters aesthetic
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
