Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and visual merchandising techniques
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Assist with inventory management, stockroom organization, and shipment processing
- Contribute to store cleanliness, visual presentation, and operational excellence
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Support loss prevention efforts by adhering to security protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for fashion
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transaction processing
- Visual merchandising experience a plus
- Must maintain professional appearance and brand alignment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
