Qualifications
- 1+ years luxury retail or high-end customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Results-driven mindset with proven sales track record
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus
- Proficiency in retail POS systems and inventory management
