Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and sales support
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs and achieving/exceeding daily/monthly targets
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and maintain accurate inventory records
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an engaging shopping environment
- Collaborate with team members to optimize store operations and customer flow
- Participate in product training to maintain deep knowledge of inventory and features
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic inventory management
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
