Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized product recommendations and exceptional customer service
- Drive sales through upselling and strategic product demonstrations
- Process transactions accurately and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Manage inventory and assist with stock receiving/organization
- Build lasting customer relationships through post-purchase follow-ups
- Collaborate with team to achieve monthly sales targets
- Participate in product knowledge training and brand events
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or sales experience preferred
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and product aptitude
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic math proficiency and POS system familiarity
- Passion for outdoor recreation/lifestyle brands
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
