- Deliver personalized customer consultations and styling recommendations
- Exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-merchandising techniques
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling security
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create engaging displays
- Manage inventory counts and stockroom organization
- Support store opening/closing procedures and daily operations
- Contribute to team goals through collaborative selling efforts
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven ability to achieve sales KPIs
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong product knowledge in fashion/lifestyle retail
- Proficiency with POS systems and retail technology
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid California driver's license for store errands
- High school diploma or equivalent required
