- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Meet/exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and upselling
- Process transactions accurately and maintain organized inventory systems
- Collaborate with visual merchandising team to maintain compelling product displays
- Support store operations including stock replenishment and loss prevention
- Participate in training programs to enhance product expertise and sales techniques

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
