Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and consultative selling
- Drive sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, and achieving individual KPIs
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Conduct inventory management including stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to maintain organized and visually appealing sales floor
- Participate in daily huddles and contribute to store performance improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets and conversion metrics
