Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and welcome customers warmly, actively listening to their needs and providing tailored product recommendations.
- Sales Execution: Demonstrate products, explain features and benefits, and close sales efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Merchandising: Maintain a pristine store environment, ensuring products are displayed attractively and inventory is organized.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and colleagues to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Problem Solving: Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
- Training: Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is highly preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
