Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-touch customer service to drive conversion and repeat business
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive outreach and style consultations
- Expertly merchandise and maintain visually striking product displays
- Utilize POS systems to process transactions and track inventory accurately
- Collaborate with visual merchandising team on seasonal installations
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets through strategic product recommendations
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge training to maintain expertise
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury retail or high-end customer service experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong aptitude for premium product knowledge and styling
- Proficiency with retail POS systems and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- College degree in Business, Fashion, or related field preferred
