Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer consultations to match products with client needs
- Consistently achieve/exceed monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining PCI compliance
- Conduct inventory management and stock replenishment procedures
- Participate in product knowledge training sessions
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a premium shopping environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or luxury sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify POS)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 25lbs and stand for extended periods
