Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized styling consultations and product knowledge
- Exceed sales targets by identifying customer needs and recommending premium merchandise
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain brand luxury aesthetic
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with team to achieve store-wide sales and KPI goals
- Build and maintain client relationships for repeat business referrals
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury or high-end retail experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and visual merchandising acumen
- Proficiency in POS systems and CRM software
- Valid Nevada work authorization and reliable transportation
