Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and immediate assistance.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Engage customers by asking open-ended questions to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers to encourage loyalty.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked according to visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with patience and professionalism.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and inventory transfers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- High level of energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to help others.
