Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and solution-based selling
- Exceed sales targets by utilizing upselling techniques and building strong client relationships
- Process transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an engaging shopping environment
- Collaborate with team members to maintain inventory accuracy and stockroom organization
- Participate in daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and safety protocols
- Actively participate in product knowledge training and team meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash transactions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient with point-of-sale systems and digital sales tools
- Positive attitude with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Valid Florida driver's license (if required for store errands)
