Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized product consultations to drive sales conversion
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maximize product appeal
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining loss prevention protocols
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up communication
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily/weekly sales targets
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Train on new products and sales techniques during regular workshops
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license for occasional store transfers
- Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite
