Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and relationship building
- Meet/exceed sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and executing promotional strategies
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining impeccable store presentation standards
- Operate POS systems, handle returns/exchanges, and maintain inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with team members on visual merchandising and stockroom organization
- Participate in product training to maintain expertise on new arrivals and brand heritage
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail/sales experience with proven track record in customer satisfaction
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build genuine client relationships
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in visual merchandising
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic retail technology
