Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and solution-based selling
- Drive sales by achieving/exceeding daily/monthly targets through upselling and cross-merchandising
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Conduct inventory management including cycle counts, stock replenishment, and loss prevention
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during peak hours
- Participate in product knowledge training to become a brand ambassador
Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals in a target-driven environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail in transaction processing
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS systems
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework a plus
- Valid driver's license (if occasional store transfers required)
