Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product consultations and styling advice
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while maintaining brand standards
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Manage inventory control including receiving, stocking, and visual merchandising
- Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store presentation standards
- Participate in product knowledge training to stay current on collections
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of luxury retail or high-end sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail in visual merchandising and inventory management
- Proficiency with retail POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
