Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and style recommendations
- Drive sales achievement through upselling, cross-selling, and visual merchandising
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining secure cash handling protocols
- Support inventory management including receiving, stocking, and floor presentation
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Uphold brand standards through cleanliness and visual merchandising excellence
- Actively participate in product training and team development sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings/weekends
- Basic math proficiency and POS system experience
- Passion for sustainable fashion and local artisan products
- Valid CA driver's license (if occasional store transfers required)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
