Responsibilities

- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment processes

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Proven ability to meet sales targets in commission-based roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic math skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid driver's license for potential store transfers
