Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized shopping experiences through product knowledge and style consultation
- Achieve sales targets through upselling techniques and customer relationship building
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain premium store presentation
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Contribute to inventory management and stock replenishment processes
- Participate in daily store operations including opening/closing procedures
- Actively participate in product training and brand initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year luxury retail or high-end customer service experience
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals in commission-based environments
- Proficiency with retail POS systems and inventory management tools
- Exceptional attention to detail in merchandising and presentation standards
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (required for store errands)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
