Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets while maintaining store inventory standards
- Process transactions using POS systems and handle cash/credit operations accurately
- Collaborate with team members to maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness
- Actively participate in product training to stay current on inventory and promotions
- Identify upsell opportunities and build long-term customer relationships
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse clientele
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and digital tools
- Valid driver's license for occasional store transfers
