Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized shopping experiences through active customer engagement and product knowledge
- Drive sales achievement through upselling, cross-selling, and building client relationships
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an inviting store aesthetic
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Contribute to inventory management through stock replenishment and cycle counts

Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or sales experience preferred
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic retail technology
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Passion for fashion and current industry trends
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
