Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized product recommendations and styling expertise
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit operations
- Support inventory management including receiving, stock rotation, and markdown execution
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily/monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Contribute to store cleanliness and safety compliance
- Participate in product training to maintain comprehensive brand knowledge
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail sales experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong aptitude for fashion trends and product knowledge
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Comfortable with technology and point-of-sale systems
- Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be 18+ years old
