Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and styling solutions
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through consultative selling techniques
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing transactions accurately
- Manage inventory control including stock counts, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Train new associates on product knowledge and brand standards
- Collaborate with team to create an engaging in-store atmosphere

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience preferred
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic retail software
- Passion for fashion and technology products
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid CA driver's license for occasional off-site deliveries
