Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Visual merchandising and inventory management tasks
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Assist in floor moves and seasonal displays to enhance shopping experience
- Participate in store opening/closing procedures and security protocols
- Actively participate in product training and brand initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail in cash handling and inventory
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic technology
- Enthusiasm for fashion and current trends
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
