Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized product recommendations and solution-based selling
- Actively drive sales by meeting/exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance product displays and store aesthetics
- Collaborate with team members to maintain organized stockrooms and replenish sales floor
- Participate in product knowledge training to stay updated on new launches
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales quotas
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory management
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer-focused mindset
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid PA driver's license (for occasional store transfers)
