- Provide personalized product recommendations and styling advice to discerning clientele
- Meet and exceed daily sales targets through upselling and cross-merchandising techniques
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an aesthetically pleasing store environment
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
- Contribute to inventory management through stock replenishment and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales goals and operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of luxury retail or high-end sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build client relationships
- Strong product knowledge in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle categories
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
